In Costa Rica, birds number over 800 species. The country is rich with ecological diversity; all the various environments - from diverse coastal systems to lush dry & rain forests - results in a large diverse population of Costa Rican Birds. Rainforest Publications has organized five Costa Rica Bird Guides around the various regions.
